The new Biocat Directory is now available after signing an agreement with Venture Valuation – the owner of the benchmark international database BiotechGate – Venture Valuation will bring together the information from both bodies in an easy to use single search engine.
The new version of the directory is a qualitative improvement on the public information available regarding companies and organizations in the biotechnology, biomedicine and medical technology sector in Catalonia. More specifically, each profile has been expanded to include various new fields including pipeline, financial information, clients and collaborations – all highly important assets for carrying out analyses allowing us to better know the Catalan biocluster and to promote it internationally.
Another benefit of this tool for users will be more efficient management of information, as Venture Valuation has updating mechanisms that allow changes to companies and organizations to be added to the directory more quickly.
