Our latest trend analysis of the Swiss biotechnology and life sciences sector shows that despite a slow start to the year, investment in the area rose substantially in the second half of 2015. However the decline in the amount of new biotech companies being founded has continued. In fact last year had the lowest number of new start-ups in over a decade.
