Biotechgate showcases a variety of financial information for companies across all life science sectors, including real-time stock and financial data. This section can be a great help for partnering decisions or give a clearer idea of a company’s current and potential future situation.
The company financial section covers a wide range of financial figures and key information. Especially for publicly listed companies you can retrieve up-to-date data about:
- Exchange and ticker symbol
- Current share price, volume, and market cap
- Earnings per share
- Industry categorization and Beta
- Current number of employees
- Detailed financial statements
The annual financial statements are available for the previous four fiscal years as well as the past four quarters and include the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
The ability to filter company profiles based on the availability of financial information is an additional available feature in the database. To do so, just navigate to the Company Search page, scroll down to the drop-down menu entitled ‘Filters – profile including’ and tick ‘Financials’.
Once that is ticked, select any other relevant categories and click ‘Search’. When you click on a profile, you will see a tab labeled ‘Financials’. Here, you can choose to display quarterly or annual financial statements and view a wide variety of financial data relating to your chosen company.
Alternatively, for a more specific search, you can use the ‘Financials & ownership’ drop-down menu located above the ‘Filters’ section. This includes further criteria that you can utilize in your search such as the company’s ownership status along with their most recent financing round and R&D expenses.
