In 2013, the total venture financing value amassed by Danish Biotechnology companies was by 64% increased compared to the previous year’s figure (USD 82m in 2013 compared to USD 50m in 2012). This summer’s snapshot of the Danish biotech industry reveals that 1 in 10 biotech companies are publicly traded; a 4 percentage point increase from the same period last year.
